Coaching


Coaching, as we understand it, is a strictly one-to-one process.

It is individual consultancy for well defined professional purposes.

 

In a given situation it can be worthwhile to compare and to challenge one’s own position and perspective with a neutral professional. Coaching, as well, is a valuable means of Personnel Development.

 

The first thing when acting as Coaches, is that Hellge & Siebner try to fully understand the Customers' perspective. We provide feedback, identify alternative options and show where blind spots can become a problem.

 

Together with the Coachee we work out a tailor-made action plan.
